On-Site Power Plant Visits
Microbeam assists in fuel and plant operations management by conducting on-site visits to power plants to monitor plant operational data and collect samples to analyze both in our laboratory and on-site as the need arises.
MTI routinely conducts field tests at power plants to analyze live operations data and collect samples directly from key locations within the facility. We have also used our proprietary fuel tracking algorithm Energy System Performance Manager (ESPM) installed on-site to monitor fuel changes over the course of field tests and collect key samples post-combustion that can be linked back to incoming fuel changes detected by the on-belt analyzers ESPM uses.
Rare Earth Element & Critical Mineral Resource Evaluations
Microbeam assists in REE-CM resource evaluations by conducting desktop studies, outcrop and drill sampling and sample analysis, both laboratory and on-site.
MTI uses advanced modeling techniques to characterize resources and generate technical and economic assessments. Resource evaluations include current coal mines as well as greenfield opportunities.
